The pool season will wrap up this weekend in several communities, including Manchester and Dyersville.
Manchester City Parks and Rec Director Doug Foley says the last day for the Kramer Aquatic Center is this Sunday.
Foley says the pool had a good year.
The disc golf course behind Regional Medical Center and the pickleball courts at Tirrill Park have both been popular spots this summer – so much so that Foley says they’re hoping to add more pickleball courts in the years to come.
It’s been a busy summer ball season too, with one final youth baseball tournament coming up Labor Day weekend. And with fall right around the corner, registration for youth flag football and youth volleyball is going on now – you can sign up online through the City of Manchester’s website.
