Dolce Vita Opens in Downtown Manchester

There is a new spot to check out in downtown Manchester.

Dolce Vita provides a wine and dining experience unlike anything else in the area.

That’s Dulcie Mangold, who opened the wine bistro earlier this month.

Mangold received most of her training while working at a winery in Napa Valley, California doing in-home wine tasting.

Along with wine, Dolce Vita also offers brunch and lunch items, with an evening menu offered several nights a week as well.

Dolce Vita sits on the northeast side of the four main corners at Franklin and Main. Mangold says she tried to find the perfect spot to open her new place.

The community has had rave reviews for Dolce Vita these first couple weeks. Mangold says the response has been amazing.

And for anyone wanting to chase their dreams, Mangold says go for it.
