A new district associate judge has been appointed for Judicial Election District 1B, which includes Buchanan and Fayette counties.
On Wednesday, Governor Kim Reynolds announced her appointment of Michelle Jungers as a district associate judge in the district.
Jungers, of Cedar Falls, is an attorney and owner of Jungers Law, PLLC. She received an undergraduate degree from Buena Vista University and her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
Jungers fills a vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Daniel Block.
