Pickleball has been a popular sport to play in Manchester and many surrounding communities these past few years – and this weekend, a local non-profit group is giving you the chance to take part in a pickleball tournament.
Joe Sellner leads Kids Outdoor Zone, an outdoor adventure ministry for boys.
Sellner says they started Kids Outdoor Zone last year – and he feels like it’s been making an impact on the boys’ lives.
Kids Outdoor Zone will be hosting the pickleball tournament this Saturday at Tirrill Park in Manchester.
Kids are welcome to enter too. You can sign up for the pickleball tournament Saturday morning starting at 7:30 am or call Joe at 920-3217. And they’ll have food vendors on hand too.
And if you’d like to learn more about Kids Outdoor Zone, reach out to Joe or contact Jenny at TheStone Church in Manchester.
