Coates Named Manchester Chamber’s Woman of the Year

The Manchester Chamber named their 2024 “Woman of the Year” on Wednesday night.

Melissa Coates won the honor during the Chamber’s annual Girls Night Out event.

Coates is a 2nd grade teacher at Lambert Elementary and volunteers as one of the leaders for Delaware County Pay It Forward. She says giving back to the community has always been important to her.

Along with Coates, Connie Behnken and Jody King were also nominated for the Manchester Chamber’s “Woman of the Year”.
