The Showroom Lounge in Hopkinton Still Available to Purchase

This summer marked the end of an era in Hopkinton as the The Showroom Lounge said goodbye. 

Owner and operator Mary Ann Blanchard closed the doors in late May after more than four decades in business. She says they got their start in the early 1980’s.

The Showroom was a popular place to go in Hopkinton over the years, with people coming from all over. Patrons loved Mary Ann’s hand-breaded tenderloins, potato salad and weekly cod fish fry – and they loved her company too. 

After forty-three years in business, Mary Ann ultimately decided to retire, gathering with patrons and the Hopkinton community one final night in the Showroom before saying goodbye. 

The Showroom Lounge is still available for someone to purchase and take over.
