Reminder: Dubuque County Election’s Office Moved

With the general election approaching, Dubuque County officials are reminding voters that the county’s Election’s Office has moved to a new location.
In January, the Dubuque County Election’s Office relocated from the Dubuque County Courthouse to 880 Central Avenue in Dubuque, directly one block north of the courthouse.
Dubuque County and the City of Dubuque entered into an agreement, where the County took possession of 880 Central Avenue. Deputy Auditor Jenny Hillary says this new Election’s Office allowed them to terminate their lease at 75 Locust, where they used to store their voting equipment, and move all election equipment and offices into one location. She says the new site is more accessible for voters – plus they offer free parking in the lot south of their building.
All election forms and needs must be conducted at that new location. Current office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Voters may also find forms and information on the Election’s website at elections.dubuquecountyiowa.gov.
