The American Red Cross is hosting a community blood drive in Manchester today.
And your donations are needed. Coordinator Marcia Burkle says there continues to be a critical need for blood.
Monthly blood drives at the Delaware County Community Center help to replenish that supply. Anyone 17 and older, with parental consent, can donate blood. And there is an incentive for those who donate today.
Burkle says they appreciate everyone who takes the time today to donate.
Today’s blood drive runs from 11 am to 5:30 pm at the Delaware County Community Center. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-RED-CROSS or go online to redcrossblood.org.
