KMCH Bring Me My Lunch Day 8 Winner – Jacob & Megan Larson

It’s Day 8 of the “KMCH, Bring Me My Lunch” contest!

For three weeks (through October 11th) around 8:30 am, we’re calling a local farmer on their cell phone live on the radio during the KMCH Morning Show – and if they answer their phone by saying, “KMCH, Bring Me My Lunch”, that’s exactly what we’ll do. We’ll deliver them lunch for four from one of our local participating restaurants right to their farm or field.

Congratulations to Megan & Jacob Larson of Elgin – our winners of the “KMCH, Bring Me My Lunch” contest on Wednesday, October 2nd! Megan answered her phone correctly on our first try this morning. Eric Walker from KMCH and Luke Imsland from Community Savings Bank delivered the Larsons lunch from Olive That Deli in Manchester, along with some goodies from the Delaware County Pork Producers.

Farmers, you can sign up for the contest on kmch.com. We’ll deliver to any local farmer in the KMCH listening area in northeast Iowa (Delaware, Dubuque, Jones, Linn, Buchanan, Fayette and Clayton counties). You can sign up a farmer you know for the contest too – just let them know how the contest works so they can answer their phone correctly and win!

Thanks to our exclusive contest sponsor – Community Savings Bank! And thank you to all of this year’s participating restaurants – Dairy Queen in Manchester, Happy Joe’s in Dyersville, Quik ‘N Handi in Earlville, Hart Ridge in Manchester, The Bread Basket in Manchester, Aunt Emmy’s in Manchester, Boondocks in Anamosa, Olive That Deli in Manchester, The Market at the Tap in Monticello, Joe’s Pizza in Manchester, Pizza Ranch in Manchester, Delhi Landing in Delhi, Riverbend Pub & Grill in Manchester, Nick’s Family Grocery in Winthrop and Salow’s Sweet & Savory in Hopkinton.
