RMC Hosting Healthiest State Walk in Manchester

Today is the Healthiest State Walk in Iowa – with residents across the state encouraged to participate in an organized walk in their community or just walk on their own.

This is a free community initiative to create awareness and integrate solutions to improve the physical, social and mental well-being of Iowans. 

In Manchester, Regional Medical Center is participating in the Healthiest State Walk. RMC will lead a group community walk starting at noon today outside the main entrance of the hospital (at River Ridge Pavilion). 

This 30-minute walk will take you from the hospital down to the Manchester Whitewater Park and back. Everyone is welcome.
