Allyn Retires from Delaware County Conservation Board

The Delaware County Conservation Board recently recognized one of its retiring board members.

Tom Allyn has retired after 21 years of service to the department. Allyn was appointed to the County Conservation Board in 2003 and has contributed to the growth and success of the department since that time.

The Conservation Board is a five-member board that volunteers their time and is appointed by the Board of Supervisors. Other board members include Dave Meyer, Mike Schmitz, Scott Wegmann and Jody Kerns.

The Conservation Department thanks Tom for his time and knowledge he has contributed to building the park system into what it is today.

Ken Pasker, Jr. has been appointed to replace Allyn on the Conservation Board and begins his term this month.
