The General Election is coming up on Tuesday, November 5th – and we’re continuing to spotlight some of the area candidates running on this year’s ballot.
Jody (Madlom) Puffett of Delhi is running as the Independent candidate for Iowa’s Second District Congressional seat.
Puffett explains why she decided to run for Congress.
Puffett talks about her priorities if she is elected.
Puffett says it’s been a busy few months since she announced her candidacy in early summer – and she says the response has been encouraging.
If you’d like to find out more about Puffett’s campaign, you can go to PuffettforCongress.com of “Jody Puffett for Congress” on Facebook.
Puffett faces Republican incumbent Ashley Hinson and Democrat Sarah Corkery for the Congressional seat in Tuesday’s General Election. We visited with each of them earlier this week on KMCH – you can find their stories on kmch.com.
