Franklin Street Brewery Saying Goodbye to Manchester

The Franklin Street Brewery will be saying goodbye to the Manchester community.

After just over a decade in business, co-owner Chad Sands recently announced the brewery will be closing at the end of the year.

If anyone is interested in finding out more about purchasing the business, you’re welcome to reach out.

The Sands brothers renovated the historic Masonic Lodge building on South Franklin Street in downtown Manchester to bring the Franklin Street Brewery to life, providing handcrafted ales and lagers in a relaxing and comfortable environment that they affectionately referred to as “Manchester’s Living Room”. Along with introducing craft beer to the community, the brewery was the very first winner of the Manchester Chamber’s Business of the Year, won numerous awards for their beer and hosted the River Runner Regatta – just a few of the many memories Chad says they’ll carry with them.

Chad says they want to thank everyone for a wonderful decade.

The Franklin Street Brewery will be open through the end of the year.
