Senator Ernst Visits Clayton and Fayette Counties

U.S. Senator Joni Ernst wrapped up her River to River Tour over the weekend, with stops in Clayton and Fayette counties.

On Saturday, Senator Ernst toured Corner Market and Greenhouse, a newly expanded and remodeled 70-acre greenhouse in Oelwein, with State Senator Dan Zumbach of Ryan joining Ernst on her visit. Ernst says she enjoyed learning about how the Manske family has grown their operation over the past thirty years.

Ernst wrapped up the day in Clayton County for a discussion with the Clayton County Development Group in Elkader. The Senator says they had some great conversations about housing, workforce and rural healthcare.
