Delaware County Extension Starts New Technology Club

ISU Extension and Outreach Delaware County’s new Technology Club held its first meeting this week.

The group of youth spent time getting to know each other, discussing how they interact with technology in their everyday lives, and getting hands-on to explore a variety of computer science and robotics resources.

Technology Club is open for enrollment for youth in 4^th – 8^th grade. From robots to circuits to drones, youth will get hands-on to learn more about the technology they are interested in.

This club will meet on the second Tuesday of each month, with the next meeting on January  14^th and going through May 2025. Meetings will be held from 3:15 – 4:15 at the Delaware County Extension Office in Manchester. The cost for joining is $50 for the entire year. If you would like information about financial assistance, please contact the Extension office.

If you are interested in joining Technology Club, contact Kaitlyn at the Extension Office at krausch@iastate.edu or 927-4201.
