Manchester Retail Survey Shows People Want Diversity

What are your feelings about the Manchester retail community?
Many of you shared your thoughts – and the results are now in from an online survey recently created by several Manchester retailers.
Kurt Heims, owner of Heims Awards & Custom Gifts and Manchester Chamber Board President, says they were expecting two to three hundred responses – and ended up with 755.
Heims says the most surprising part about the survey was how consistent the responses were.
The next step is trying to figure out how the Manchester community can work together to try to make these ideas happen and fill the town’s empty storefronts.
But Heims says the survey wasn’t entirely about how Manchester can do better – it gave people a chance to share what they appreciate about Manchester too.
You can find a breakdown of the survey’s results on the Manchester Chamber’s Facebook page.
