BY JON SWISHER – SPORTS DIRECTOR:

West Delaware Senior Brooke Krogmann had a record breaking milestone of a night last Friday, becoming the All-Time leader in points scored for Hawks Girls Basketball, when she tallied 23 points in a loss to top-ranked Mount Vernon inside Seedorff Gymnasium. Krogmann sits at 1,190 career points now, ten more then the previous record of 1,180 held by 2003 WDHS graduate Amy ‘Klosterman’ Underwood. Krogmann is a four-year varsity starter, like her brother Derek who graduated in 2019 and is the All-Time Basketball points leader at West Delaware with 1,679 putting Brooke only 489 points away from her oldest brother.
