Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported a UTV accident with injury on Friday evening. According to the Sheriff’s report, Linn County Deputies, Linn County
Rescue, Coggon Fire and Center Point Ambulance responded around 5:40 pm to a personal injury accident on Hutchinson Rd near Valley Farm Rd.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene to discover 60-year old Jeffrey Hulsebus of Coggon, was operating a UTV eastbound on Hutchinson Rd near Valley Farm Rd when he lost control of the vehicle and went into the south ditch where it rolled coming to rest on its side.
Hulsebus was transported to a local hospital by Center Point Ambulance for what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation. Currently, no charges have been filed.
