Outbuildings and other equipment were damaged in an early morning fire in Dubuque County on Friday.
The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office was called to the Dawn and Kevin Wolf residence east of Holy Cross at 21179 Plum Creek Road shortly after 12:30 am. Holy Cross Fire & EMS and Sherrill Fire also responded to the scene.
In a press release, the Sheriff’s Office says the investigation revealed that a tractor caught fire and caused damage to nearby outbuildings and other equipment. The damage is estimated at $100,000.
No injuries were reported.
The Sheriff’s Office says the fire is not suspicious in nature.
