Delaware County Ambassadors Visit Greeley and Edgewood Businesses

The Ambassadors of Delaware County recently made a trip to Greeley and Edgewood to visit a few businesses.
The group held a ribbon cutting at Gary’s Feed Store at 107 West 3rd Street in Greeley to welcome the new owners. Gary and Mary Kay Johannes have sold the business to longtime employee, Jay Puffett, and his wife, Lyndsie.
Jay says the transition has been years in the making.
He says their goal is to continue to take care of their customers while growing the business.
Jay says the Greeley community has been a good home to Gary’s Feed Store.
Gary is staying on in an advisory role during the transition – but he says eventually he’ll retire, with a lot to look forward to.

The Ambassadors of Delaware County also headed to Edgewood to visit Edgy Meg’s at their new location at 312 East Union Street. Owner Angie Lange says the move has been a good one.
Angie says Edgy Meg’s was created to give her daughter, Meg, a purpose in life.
The Ambassadors also enjoyed lunch at Brady’s Bar and Grill at 113 North Washington Street in Edgewood. The group’s goal is to visit businesses each month across Delaware County who have undergone changes.
