A crash led to power disruptions in Palo on Monday morning.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office says shortly before 7 am, deputies and Sheriff’s Rescue were called to 325 1st Street for a semi that struck a pole in the D & H Meat parking lot in Palo. The utility pole snapped close to the base, but did not completely fall onto 1st Street.
No injuries were reported.
The Sheriff’s Office says parts of Palo had some power disruptions due to the crash and repairs. For a short time, traffic was re-routed to avoid further issues.
