RMC Governing Board Members Receive IHA Certifications

Three of Regional Medical Center’s Governing Board Members have received certifications from the Iowa Hospital Association. 

Kathy Swift, Jane Sherman and Cathy Lilienthal were awarded their certificates and pins for their IHA Trustee Education Certification at the March Board Meeting.

The IHA Board Certification program is a voluntary process for strengthening leadership and accountability by increasing a trustee’s personal knowledge of not only traditional governance skills and qualities, but also a special understanding of the complex healthcare system. 

Regional Medical Center CEO Danette Kramer says they’re blessed to have a Board that values continuous learning.
