Delaware County property owners will begin receiving their assessment notices.
The Delaware County Assessor’s Office says the 2025 assessment notices were mailed out last Friday.
These new values reflect market sales since January 1st, 2024. Assessor Dan Lett reminds residents this does not mean your taxes will increase the same percentage as the assessment.
In addition to your assessment notice, the Assessor’s Office is also mailing a letter with more information in regards to your new assessment.
