A section of Old Highway 20 will be closed for a few months.
D22 (Old 20) closed Monday from the Manchester city limits to the Buchanan County line, with Delaware County Secondary Roads doing a Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) overlay on that stretch of road.
Buchanan County will be performing work on D22 (Old 20) on their side of the county from the Delaware County line to Highway 187.
Delaware County Engineer Rafe Koopman says they will be doing prep work for a couple of weeks and then start paving.
He says the road is accessible to local traffic.
The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of June.
