In other Track and Field results:
Girls-
Monticello hosted a Co-Ed meet, East Buchanan won with 149 points, the Panthers were 2nd with 103, 3rd was North Linn with 86, Springville 4th with 73 and Midland 5th with 59.
Boys-
In Monticello, Maquoketa Valley claimed first with 118 points edging Monticello with 117, North Linn 4th with 71 and East Buchanan 8th with 30.
Dubuque Senior held their Harold Sweet Invitational, Linn-Mar took 1st with 105 and a half points, Senior 2nd with 85, 3rd was Western Dubuque with 68, West Delaware was 4th with 64 and a half, Cascade was 6th with 55, Anamosa 7th with 49.
The start of the 115th Drake Relays yesterday:
Garrett Kluesner placed 21st in the Shot Put with a toss of 47-10.75
Zeke Symonds was 21st with a leap of 19-7.50
Quentin Nauman of Western Dubuque won the 3200 meter run with a time of 8:52.45 and is the new record holder of the event.
Girls Soccer-
West Delaware lost to Williamsburg 3-0
Anamosa fell to Bellevue 4-1
Boys Soccer-
Anamosa 6-0 over Bellevue
Western Dubuque beat Dubuque Wahlert Catholic 1-0
The West Delaware Boys Golf team will be hosting their 10-team invitational out at the Pin Oak Golf Course today starting at Noon.
