Coffins Grove Campgrounds Opens Following Renovations

Coffins Grove Campground has opened for the season.

Delaware County Conservation says renovations are now complete. There is a new entrance to the campground on the east side – look for the sign.

There are eighteen sites available at Coffins Grove:

• 15 A sites with water and electric services – rates are $25.00 per night per unit
• 3 C sites that are primitive – rates are $15.00 per night per unit

Campers are asked to park on the gravel where provided. A self-registration system is located at the kiosk on a first-come first-served basis.

Coffins Grove Park also has a shelter available for reservations.

The park opened last Thursday. Delaware County Conservation says they plan on celebrating the renovations with a ribbon cutting ceremony this Friday at 9:30 am, with the public invited to attend.
