Widespread Soaking Rain Through Wednesday

A widespread soaking rain is likely through Wednesday.
The National Weather Service says much of eastern Iowa will see at least an inch of rainfall, with the heaviest rainfall Monday night into Tuesday.
There is a low risk of severe storms tonight, with large hail the primary risk. Non-thunderstorm winds could gust as high as 45 miles per hour overnight.
Drier weather is expected as we head into Memorial Day weekend.
