Three people were injured in a crash near Springville on Saturday morning.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office says emergency personnel were called to a single-vehicle accident with injuries around 11:15 am on Martelle Road west of Springville Road.
Authorities say the vehicle was westbound when the driver, 18-year old Joanna Patterson of Monticello, lost control on the southerly bend in the road and drove into the ditch.
Patterson and her two passengers, 21-year old Heather Burrow of Monticello and 19-year old Lucas Brooks of Agency, were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
Patterson was charged with failing to maintain control.
