Emergency personnel were called to a farm building fire south of Epworth on Saturday night.
The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office says their deputies, along with fire departments from Epworth, Farley and Centralia, responded to 7728 Bierman Road shortly after 10 pm for the report of a structure fire.
Fire crews were able to extinguish the farm building, which contained farm equipment, tractors and hay. The value of the damage is estimated at $450,000.
The Sheriff’s Office says it does not appear to be suspicious in nature.
