Salow’s Cafe Opens in Hopkinton

Hopkinton is home to a new restaurant.

Salow’s Cafe has opened in Hopkinton on 1st Street, renovating the building that housed The Showroom Lounge, which closed last year.

Kathy Salow says she and her husband, Brent, decided to follow their dream of opening a sit-down restaurant.

Salow’s Cafe is open Wednesdays through Sundays.

Salow’s Cafe offers a full menu, along with baked goods – including homemade pies. They also have a gift area, stocked with unique items made by local artisans.

Salow says she has also created a cozy spot at the cafe to give people a chance to relax.

She says they would also like to eventually provide some activities at Salow’s Cafe for the community as well.

Salow says so many people have come together to help make Salow’s Cafe happen – and for that, she’s grateful.

The Ambassadors of Delaware County recently helped Salow’s Cafe celebrate their grand opening with a ribbon cutting.
