Senior Life Solutions Accepting Online Referrals

Senior Life Solutions in Manchester is now accepting online referrals.

Since 2019, Regional Medical Center has teamed up with Senior Life Solutions to offer vital mental health support and resources for older adults right here in our community. It’s an intensive outpatient group therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals typically age 65 and older experiencing depression or anxiety related to life changes or associated with aging. 

Services include group, individual, or family therapy, along with mental health evaluations, community resources, and after-care planning. The program is designed to help seniors who have recently experienced a traumatic event, loss of a spouse or close family member, loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities, changes in appetite, difficulty sleeping, loss of energy, feelings of sadness or grief lasting more than two weeks, or feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness. 

A referral is required to participate in the Senior Life Solutions program. Referrals to the program can be made by anyone, including a patient’s healthcare provider, family member, the patient themself, or another healthcare professional.
