Members of the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, Dubuque Police Department, Iowa State Division of Narcotics Enforcement, Monticello Police Department and the Jones County Sheriff’s Office conducted a high-risk traffic stop early this (Tuesday) morning that turned violent near Cascade.

Around 4:25 a.m., a vehicle was stopped on Highway 151 near the Highway 136 interchange as part of a multi-jurisdictional investigation.
