Regional Family Health Implementing New Call Center

Starting today, Regional Family Health in Manchester is implementing a new call center.

Clinic Receptionist Manager Brandy Beaman and Lead Alyssa Wolf say the goal is to streamline the patient experience by simplifying their present phone system. 

The change means less transfers and less wait times.

All the phone numbers at Regional Family Health will remain the same. 

And a local person will answer your call instead of a recording.

The Call Center team will focus solely on answering the phone, scheduling appointments and transferring calls – allowing the receptionists you come face-to-face with at the clinic to focus solely on you.

For direct contact with Regional Family Health Behavioral Services, patients are asked to continue calling their direct phone number at 927-7994.
