Kevin B Callies- Manchester

Kevin B Callies, 73, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at his home in Manchester.

He was born on July 17, 1951 in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Keith and Janice (Smith) Callies. Kevin grew up in Manchester, was a 1969 graduate of West Delaware High School. After graduating he was drafted into the United States Army and served honorably during the Vietnam War.

After his military service, Kevin tried numerous jobs until finding his niche job as a truck driver.

He enjoyed traveling the open road. In early 1980, Kevin moved to Colorado, the state he called home. There he had many adventures riding his motorcycle, horse, or just hiking through the Rockies with a beloved dog or two.
