Buchanan County Fair Week in Independence

The Buchanan County Fair is underway in Independence.

This year, the fair will be welcoming country star Randy Houser and special guest Dillon Carmichael on Friday night, with the Demo Derby on Saturday night. And Fair Board Vice President Fred Smock says plenty of other things to see and do too.

The Buchanan County Fair Queen Coronation will take place at 4:45 pm today in the Black Pavilion.

And the FFA Tenderloin Supper is tonight in the fair’s Open Air Pavilion from 5 to 7 pm.

Tune in to KMCH on Friday night as Eric Walker will be broadcasting from the Buchanan County Fair. For more information about this week’s fair, go to buchanancountyfair.org.
