The Clayton County Fair kicks off today in National.
That’s Taylor Bockenstedt, who says they’ve got a good deal on gate admission if you come on the first day.
Along with their strong focus on 4-H and FFA livestock shows, they’ve got plenty of other events to check out throughout the week. Thursday night features live music from The Gatlin Brothers at 7 pm and Tyler Richton & The High Bank Boys at 8 pm. On Friday night, Jack and Davis Reid (the grandchildren of the Statler Brothers) and Georgette Jones (the daughter of George Jones and Tammy Wynette) will take the stage. And Bockenstedt says if you’re looking for a variety of activities, Saturday is your day.
You don’t have to pay extra to enjoy the live music and entertainment at the Clayton County Fair.
The Clayton County Fair wraps up Sunday with the Truck and Tractor Pull. Find more information about this week’s fair online at claytoncountyfair.com.
