Crews Replacing X-21 Bridge South of Bailey’s Ford

Crews will be working on the bridge on X-21 south of Bailey’s Ford over the next couple months. 

Delaware County Engineer Rafe Koopman says the project is scheduled to start this week. The old bridge will be removed and a new single-span concrete slab bridge will be built in the same location.

That section of X-21 will be closed during the project, with a marked detour in place. Koopman says it should take about two months to complete, depending on the weather.
