Aspiring Delaware County Business Owners Encouraged to Attend ‘Dream It, Do It’ Kickoff

Do you own a business? Or have a desire to start one?

Join Delaware County Economic Development for a step-by-step educational series called “Dream It, Do It” – designed for small business owners and dreamers who are ready to bring their ideas to life.

DCED Executive Director Donna Boss says everyone is welcome to join them for tonight’s kickoff at the Delaware County Fairgrounds in Manchester.

Small business owner Sarah Hermanson says she’s excited to be involved in launching this initiative to develop, energize and grow a healthy and supportive start-up culture for all of Delaware County’s communities.

Hermanson says they’re excited for tonight’s “Dream It, Do It” kickoff, with more plans to follow as we head into fall.

Alex Taylor has been working with Boss and Hermanson on this initiative in Delaware County. He serves as the Director of Entrepreneurship at NewBoCo.

So if you’ve ever thought of starting your own business, you’re encouraged to attend tonight’s kickoff event. You’ll hear inspiring stories from local business owners, learn about opportunities coming up this fall, and network with other business owners and community leaders.

Tonight’s “Dream It, Do It” kickoff event runs from 5:30 to 7 pm at the Delaware County Fairgrounds’ Steer-n-Stein in Manchester. It’s free to attend.
