Farmers Savings Bank Coming to Manchester

Farmers Savings Bank is coming to Manchester.
The company intends to construct a 4,000 square foot full-service branch office in Spiegel’s West Commercial Second Subdivision on the southwest side of town. The bank will be located on a two and a half acre lot south of Casey’s Truck Stop and north of Cobblestone Inn & Suites.
Farmers Savings Bank is anticipating an investment of $1.6 million dollars in building and development costs, along with the addition of four to six new employees for the new Manchester location.
The Manchester City Council approved the site plan at their meeting on Monday night.
Farmers Savings Bank Executive Vice President Randy Ludwig tells KMCH they are hoping to start construction on the new Manchester location in October, with the bank potentially opening for business around this time next year.
Farmers Savings Bank currently has locations in Colesburg, Elkport/Garber, Strawberry Point, Arlington, Elgin and Wadena.
