Glass Recycling Returning to Manchester

Glass recycling is returning to Manchester.
City Manager Tim Vick says it’s been a few years since it was offered in the community.
Kluesner Sanitation, which already provides trash and recycling services for the City of Manchester, says they have received requests from residents – from all over – to have the option to recycle glass. So they approached the Manchester City Council on Monday night, proposing to set up a large container in town that will allow Manchester residents to do just that.
Vick says the glass recycling container will be set up near the City Shop.
The City of Manchester and Kluesner Sanitation hope to have the new glass recycling container set up and ready for residents to use in four to six weeks.
