Manchester Police Welcomes Two New Officers

That’s Mayor Connie Behnken swearing in one of two new officers to the Manchester Police Department. Chris Fuller is very familiar with Manchester, but has been out of the country most recently.

That organization, UReach, has impacted the lives of over a half million people worldwide. Fuller says doing his part with people in need has shaped him in his path to law enforcement.

Rich Manning is also enjoying his first days on the force, becoming settled in the Midwest.

Previously, Manning had served on the wrestling mat, but fate…or Divine Intervention, played a role in his move.

That man on the left is Chief of Police Ben Davis. With Fuller and Manning on board, Davis says we are now fully staffed.

Davis mentioned FTO. That stands for Field Training Officer Program…which Davis says was created with a big hand from the veteran officers.

Input from the veterans in the department and the community played a role in creating a cohesive team.

Both Fuller and Manning look forward to serving Manchester for years to come.
