Manchester Open House to Unveil New Case

The Manchester community is invited tonight to an open house celebration for the unveiling of the newly crafted display case. Librarian Alison Hegland talked about how this case came about.

The case will become a means to tell the tales of the community

The displays will change on a regular basis, allowing more stories to be told. The Friends of the Manchester Library are hosting an open house tonight at 5pm. Hegland talks about the happening.

Over the last year, the library has made improvements to the lower level meeting room and this display case, along with improvements underway to the hvac system. Hegland says one of the next items on the wish list has been inside the library for decades.

Again, the open house runs tonight beginning at 5pm.
