Supporters of local business and lovers of cheese paid a visit Saturday to one of Manchester’s newest ventures…Cheesin Whey. Located on the East side of town in the Kammiller Building, Cheesin Whey offers a variety of small farm cheeses, along with cutting boards, gift items and much more. Owner Tina Knutson talks about what inspired her to open.
The focus of Cheesin Whey is locally crafted products.
For those that say cheese is all the same, Tina has proof otherwise.
Among the offerings daily will be personally crafted charcuterie, what Tina calls Adult Lunchables.
