Senior citizens and their caregivers are invited to Thursday’s Senior Wellness Fair in Manchester.
The event is hosted each year by Regional Medical Center and the Good Neighbor Society. Jessie Tibbott says those who attend will have the opportunity to learn about healthcare services provided in our community by visiting with local vendors.
They’ll have several new vendors this year.
Abbey Klostermann says you’ll also have a chance to get vaccinated.
There will be complimentary giveaways and a light to-go lunch consisting of a handheld sandwich, chips, fruit and cookie. This event also provides attendees the opportunity to receive important immunizations, including flu shots and the COVID vaccine administered by Delaware County Public Health and Breheme Drug. If attendees choose to receive vaccinations at the fair, they must bring their Medicare or insurance card.
Thursday’s Senior Wellness Fair runs Thursday from 11 to 1 at the Delaware County Fairgrounds Pavilion in Manchester. It’s free to attend.
