Homecoming for Western Dubuque, North Linn & Central City

Several schools are celebrating Homecoming this week, including Western Dubuque, North Linn and Central City.

Western Dubuque’s Homecoming Court includes Natalie Fangmann, Racquel Fern, Etta Lukes, Avery Mertz, Madison Randall, and Carly Vogel, as well as Andy Althaus, Luke Boyle, Brett Harris, Rory Higgins, Quentin Nauman, and Ben Wernimont (pictured above). The King will be announced during today’s Pep Rally, with the parade to follow at 1 pm. Western Dubuque will take on North Scott tonight, with the varsity football game starting at 7:30 pm and the Queen crowned at halftime.

North Linn’s Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned tonight at 5:30 pm. Homecoming Court includes Paisley Carpenter, Rylie Jacobsen, Gretchyn Kane, Abigail Michael and Samantha West, as well as Levi Benesh, Lane Ingle-Shaw, Ben Rosenberger, Landon Thomsen and Tate Woods (pictured below). The Lynx football team will host North Cedar tonight as part of their Homecoming celebration.

And Central City will celebrate Homecoming today with the parade at 2:15 pm. Central City’s Homecoming Court includes Ameera Hicks, Ellie Rundall, Shea Strand, Savannah Koch, Avery Wise, Sloane Smith and Alexsia Horyna, as well as Carter Koch, Cash Weber, Dashny Munyakazi, Parker Pangburn, Josh Lindsey and Colton Welton (pictured below). Tonight, the Wildcats will take on Calamus-Wheatland at 7 pm, with the coronation at halftime.
