Rob Sand Hosting Town Halls in Delaware County Area

State Auditor and gubernatorial candidate Rob Sand will be hosting a town hall in Manchester on Wednesday.
Sand, a Democrat, announced he was running for Iowa Governor in May. In June, he launched his annual 100-stop tour across the state.
Sand will hold a Delaware County Town Hall on Wednesday at 1:15 pm at Castle Theatre in Manchester. This will be an opportunity for Sand to hear directly from Delaware County residents about their top concerns and for the public to hear directly from Sand about his vision.
Sand will also be hosting several other town halls:
- Tuesday night in Dubuque County at 7:45 pm at Smokestack in Dubuque
- Wednesday in Fayette County at 9 am at Ampersand in Oelwein
- Wednesday in Clayton County at 11 am at Central State Bank Community Room in Elkader
- Wednesday in Buchanan County at 3:15 pm at VFW Club Post 2440 in Independence
Each town hall will last about one hour. If you’d like to attend, you can just show up – but RSVPs are encouraged. You can RSVP at RobSand.com/events.
