Flu Shot Clinics Happening Around Delaware County

Flu shot clinics are being held around Delaware County this fall.
Regional Family Health Nurse Manager Ashley Pasker says flu season will be here soon – and it’s important to know the difference between flu and cold symptoms.
Pasker says the flu can impact anyone, but it’s the higher-risk population that needs to use extra caution.
Delaware County Public Health Administrator Krystle DeShaw says the flu vaccine is the single most important step you can take to help protect you, your family and your community.
Everyone six months and older is recommended to get a flu shot. The flu vaccine is available at walk-in flu shot clinics taking place throughout Delaware County this month – or you can get a flu shot at Regional Family Health.
Flu shot clinics coming up include:
- Today @ Delhi Methodist Church from 10 to 11:30 am and St. Paul Lutheran Church in Delaware from noon to 1 pm
- Thursday @ the Masonville Fire Station/Community Center from 2:30 to 4 pm
- Next Tuesday, October 14th @ the Edgewood Community Room from 11 to 12:30
