A truck/semi accident in Dubuque County Friday afternoon left one injured. According to the Iowa State Patrol, 61-year old Michael David Rea of Cascade was driving his semi northbound on Highway 151, with 25-year old Garrett Lucas Miller of Benard in a pickup behind Rea. Rea slowed down to complete a right turn when Miller rear ended Rea. Miller was sent to a Dubuque Hospital for treatment of injuries. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. The accident remains under investigation. The Patrol was assisted by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, Benard Fire, along with Tegelers Wrecker and Crane.
