Meat Locker Coming to Manchester

The Manchester community will be getting a meat locker.
Todd Summers, who owns and operates the locker in Earlville, has submitted a site plan to the City of Manchester for a proposed new custom meat processing and retail facility called The Manchester Locker. It would be located in the industrial park at the intersection of South 5th Street and Enterprise Drive, across the street from Three Rivers FS and Innovative Ag.
The Manchester City Council reviewed and approved the site plan at their meeting on Monday night.
Manchester City Manager Tim Vick:
Phase One of The Manchester Locker is expected to bring six to ten new employees. Phases Two and Three could add an additional 60-thousand square foot and 30-thousand square foot building, significantly increasing the locker’s processing capacity.
