Manchester Preparing for Anderson Street Project

The City of Manchester is preparing for another street project.

Crews will be reconstructing Anderson Street in 2026. Sam Ertl of Fehr Graham presented the proposed preliminary special assessment plat at the Manchester City Council meeting earlier this week, with the City Council reviewing the preliminary estimates of costs and assessments.

Manchester City Manager Tim Vick explains: 

Vick says less than twenty homes will be involved in this phase of next year’s Anderson Street project.
